Refund and Returns Policy

First 3 sessions:

No refund will be issued after the first session is completed on the offer for first 3 for £35; if you no show or cancel you will lose the session. 

For rescheduling sessions a maximum of 3 alternative session slots on will be offered for you to choose from but if you are unable to do any of them then the session will be lost. You also need to book the session being a minimum of one per week for 3 weeks. Anything beyond that is at my discretion. 

Monthly PT/Blocks:

If you are on pre-paid sessions including monthly PT or blocks & no show or don’t give more than 24 notice you will lose the session. 

Honouring sessions beyond the advertised timescale is at my discretion I.e if it’s a monthly sessions they will only be carried forward at my discretion and have to be booked in within the month.

Rescheduling: 

If rescheduling is asked for within less than 24 hours notice and/or it happens regularly then it’s at my discretion. In the instance a reschedule can be offered a maximum of 3 alternative session slots will be offered for you to choose from but if you are unable to do any of them then the session will be lost.

Cancellations:

If you cancel the session within 24 hours or if you fail to attend no refund will be offered, if cancelled within 24-48 hours 50% of the session fee will be required. 

If you are running late please let me know, I will do my best to get the most out of the session for the remaining time & may not be able to extend the time due to other client commitments. In the instance of an extenuating circumstance it’s at my discretion if I extend the time but ultimately it won’t be extended otherwise. 

Membership: 

You need to give a month’s notice to cancel & payment dates must be stuck to. 

Classes:

Cancellations must be done with a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow time for other people to take the spot.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show you will owe 100% of the class fee. 

Extenuating circumstances are at my discretion.

Payments:

All payments must be made in advance & on agreed dates, any default of payments will result in a loss of services; services will be restored at my discretion upon payments being made.
