Ben Linnie - the owner of Linnie Fitness, will be on hand all day to answer any questions people might have about fitness, health, nutrition, injury rehabilitation and much more. Tea and coffee will be available so don’t be shy - come and have a chat about fitness and wellbeing over a cup of tea.
Introductory taster classes will be held at 10am, 12pm & 2pm. Come and try out DDPYoga and Boxercise, but don’t worry – no intense workouts, just a bit of fun!
What is DDPYoga?

What is Boxercise?
Boxercise is a non-contact boxing-based fitness class with great music so come and have some fun! It is a fun, challenging and safe workout. Don’t worry, you won’t be put in a boxing ring.
